1. Agreement to Terms
Athrigo is a mobile application developed and operated by Syntima, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing and using Athrigo (the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to download and use Athrigo for personal or commercial purposes, including by antique and thrift shop owners and operators who use the service to manage their shop within the extent of the application's capabilities. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the underlying software or materials
- Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software contained on the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Redistribute or resell access to the Service or "mirror" the materials on any other server
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on Athrigo are provided on an 'as is' basis. Athrigo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Athrigo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Athrigo.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Athrigo could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Athrigo does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. Athrigo may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.
6. Materials or Service Content
These terms and conditions apply to all materials and content generated by users on Athrigo. The materials and content do not contain or represent an endorsement by Athrigo unless expressly stated.
7. Use of Profanity, Racial Slurs, and generally offensive language
Users of Athrigo are expected to refrain from using profanity, racial slurs, and generally offensive language in any content generated on the platform. Athrigo reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy and may take appropriate action against users who repeatedly violate this guideline, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.
8. Alcohol, Drugs, and Sexually Explicit Content
Users of Athrigo are expected to refrain from generating content that promotes or depicts the use of alcohol, drugs, or sexually explicit material. Athrigo reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy and may take appropriate action against users who repeatedly violate this guideline, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.
9. Age Restrictions
Athrigo is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years old. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13 years old, please do not use this service.
10. Violent Content
Users of Athrigo are expected to refrain from generating content that promotes or depicts violence. Athrigo reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy and may take appropriate action against users who repeatedly violate this guideline, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.
11. Links
Athrigo has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked store. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Athrigo of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
12. Account Bans and Violations of Terms of Service
Athrigo reserves the right to ban accounts that violate the terms of service. This ban can be in the form of a temporary suspension or a permanent ban, depending on the severity and frequency of the violations. Users who are banned will lose access to their accounts and any content associated with them. Athrigo is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users, and we take violations of our Terms of Service seriously. If you believe your account has been banned in error, you may contact our support team to appeal the ban. Please provide any relevant information or evidence that may help us review your case. We will investigate the issue and respond to your appeal as soon as possible. However, please note that the decision to lift a ban is at the sole discretion of Athrigo, and we reserve the right to uphold the ban if we determine that it was justified based on our Terms of Service.
13. Reporting Violations of Terms of Service
Athrigo encourages users to report any accounts that they believe are violating our Terms of Service. To report an account, please use the in-app reporting feature or contact our support team with the username of the account in question and a description of the violation. Our team will review the report and take appropriate action if we find that the account is indeed violating our Terms of Service.
14. Modifications
Athrigo may revise these terms of service for the Service at any time without notice. By using this service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
